Did you miss it? Tonight Nerlens Noel, the nations number 1 high school player made his college announcement on ESPNU. Nerlens made his announcement by shaving the logo of his team into his infamous flattop. Noel turned around to show viewers the University of Kentucky logo, giving Kentucky yet another number one recruiting class.
